It has not been easy. Showing up to the gym is hard but that’s when you cannot rely on motivation but rather on habits you’ve built over time.
Of course when I’m tired, I rest but I’ve also massively enjoyed moving my body during my pregnancy the best way I could!
This is not to make anyone feel bad but rather encourage women to show up for themselves best way they can. To show you can still lift whilst pregnant in moderation and to be proud when they do!
30 weeks nearly there!
